Design Development

At this stage, the initial sketch design is developed into a detailed concept with the aid of computer-generated floorplans, elevations, site planning and a 3D perspective.
Clients can visualize the developed concept in an immersive 3D model to gain a greater understanding of varying elements, from material choices to aesthetics, proportions, siting and building form.
