Design

Preliminaries.

Initial project consultation to understand your vision and aspirations for your project. This includes a site inspection, preparation of preliminary reports, authority checks and a brief for the project.

After the project scope has been established, we will present a fee proposal for your consideration.

Conceptual Design

​

This is the sketch phase of the design process based on the project brief. During this phase the project proposal is discussed in detail, with the consideration for site, space, budget and aesthetics. Sketches will be conveyed in the form of concept floorplans and hand sketches to achieve the desired outcome for the project.
