BUILDING PERMIT

The technical data needed to get a building permit is provided by our working drawings. In accordance with Australian standards and applicable building requirements, we provide dimensioned comprehensive floor plans, site set out plans, elevations, sectional drawings, roof plans, window and door schedules, and lighting arrangement plans.

Bushfire reports, geotechnical testing, energy efficiency ratings, and structural engineer designs will all be recommended along with communication and coordination with outside specialists. coordinating the submission of necessary paperwork to a building surveyor for building permit approval.
